At work

Leading product marketing for enterprise agentic AI at UiPath. Positioning strategy, analyst relations with Gartner and Forrester, and building market narrative in one of the fastest-moving categories in enterprise software.

Writing

Working on a research paper for the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science on human-AI interfaces in enterprise go-to-market. Publishing on Substack bi-weekly. Three essays in draft.

Reading

Re-reading Crossing the Chasm with fresh eyes. It holds up for agentic AI positioning better than most of the 2024 books on the subject. Also working through recent Gartner research on enterprise automation.

Thinking about

The gap between how AI agents are marketed and how they fail in production. The enterprise buyers asking the right questions are asking "what happens when it fails?" not "how smart is it?" More on this soon.
